First time using a pump, and this thing has got really good suction on it, a decent amount of vibrate settings atuo pump and manual pump(holding the button makes it keep the suction going) until you release it) easy to clean, and its good for the price very reasonable on the price especially if you get it on sale, have a good day everyone... I am currently giving a 4-star review based on fair pricing, quickness of shipping, excellence and discretion in packaging. This item was purchased at the suggestion of a licensed Urologist for help with ED, and to use along with prescription medication. The individual has suffered from severe diabetic neuropathy for over a decade. Will follow up if there is improvement with the device.
