How to Use
Set up the seat following the included instructions.
Add water and a herb bag to the 350ml bowl, pressing the bowl onto the base for good contact.
Switch on with the one-key ON/OFF and set your temperature and time using the touch screen or remote. Start at a lower gear.
Test the steam temperature first. If it feels too hot, lower the gear, wait 30 seconds, and test again until it feels comfortably warm.
Sit comfortably on the U-cushion and relax for your session.
Remove and clean the bowl and wipe the seat after use.
Tip: Always test before you sit. Steam should feel gently warm and comfortable, never hot — the U-cushion helps, but checking first is what keeps every session safe.
