Well all I can say is this thing is amazing! Bought it as a surprise for my wife and she handled it well and told me this was a great buy. The swing itself is very good quality, all the components are high quality. As long as it is installed correctly you should have no problems at all. Mine is solid! Bolted into the joist there is no noise at all coming from the ceiling. The set does not come with washers to go under the bolts in my opinion grab two stainless steel washers which will keep the bolts from digging into the mount in the long run.I have even had my wife climb on top of me in it and it holds us both. The heavy duty spring does the job it was meant for to absorb the energy instead of sending it straight up to the mounting point so use it.Now after using it for a few days I did decide to swap out the spreader bar to a 24" to give us extra room so the straps have more of an up and down orientation instead of angling inward. It was a game changer just makes the swing so much more comfortable. Also you have to add a set of handles that really helps with manuevering while in the chair and gives her the ability to use them for leverage.But anyone on the fence about this one buy this swing and you will not regret it. And at this price this is a solid setup even without the upgrades I did to mine. My wife said there is nothing like having giant O's while weightless!
Love it so far!!! Still kind of figuring out the straps and where all the limbs go 🤣 but otherwise I love it!! Comfy cushions although the only way I know how to get out is just falling through:) it was easy to install although I had to get help reaching my tall ceiling while navigating the stud finder and drill.Whoever wrote the review about it being “big girl approved” was absolutely correct. I am 5’8, 187lbs and was a little nervous that it wouldn’t hold but I made the installer sit on it with me (~500 total) and it was awesome. I also took a little time getting it put up but I’ll echo the other reviews… don’t wait, just buy it and get it put up!! Definitely recommend so far!!
