UPDATE: I have used it for a few days now and love it. The games are so much fun I forget I’m actually exercising. App explains and walks you through step by step on everything (you can skip of course). You get to recalibrate on every start up and allow for recalibrations throughout the workouts. Theres a section that tracks your progress and for your reward you get to unlock extras like different backgrounds on games, added accessories on characters in game, etc. very motivating.Money well spent! Have used for two days and seeing my progress is motivating! Easy to insert. App is easy to use. If it qualifies for HSA/FSA then you know you’re doing something right!!
This thing is amazing. I’ve told so many people about it. My mom had pelvic floor prolapse and I went to my gyno and said “what can I do to make that never ever happen for me??” And she recommended this. I suck at video games. I think I peaked at Ms Pac-Man in the 80’s. I was worried I would be able to do the games, using my pelvic floor muscles. I could!!! And it’s so cool to see progress from day to day and week to week. I love this thing!! It’s comfortable to insert and the games are great. I highly recommend it.
