Set up the seat following the included instructions.
Add water and a herb bag to the 350ml steel liner, pressing it in for good contact.
Plug in, switch on, and set your level and time using the touch screen or remote. Start low.
Test that the steam is gently warm — never hot — before sitting.
Sit comfortably on the thick cushion and relax for your session.
Remove and clean the liner and wipe the seat after use.
Tip: Start at a lower level and raise it only to what feels gently warm — never hot. If it feels too warm, ease it down with the remote and test again before sitting.
