Smooth finish that allows easy, pain-free insertion. The included syringe holds plenty of lube. Just keep in mind how deep it will need to be inserted before you can use it to add any lube inside. As long as any of the side holes are outside, that's where the lube will end up.All in all, an enjoyable experience having my wife use this on me.

Not a bad tool if you're into this type of thing, as it seems to be well made with no burrs / edges / seams on it. Using an appropriate lubricant, it easily slid into where it needed to, however it seems the silicone became sticky once deep enough. Ordered primarily to help with a stricture and attempting to alleviate flow issues, can safely say this is not the device you are looking for unfortunately. While it definitely gave an interesting sensation going in and coming out, it left a stinging sensation for awhile afterwards raising concerns of a possible infection. Additionally on that note, there does not seem to be a good way to sterilize this and sanitize it to ensure there is no bacteria, so additional usage after the first time is at your own risk.I am marking this four stars because it did in fact fit okay, feel good aside from the burning, worked okay with a bacteriostatic gel lubricant / sterilized water mix for insertion via syringe, but is difficult if not impossible to ensure cleanliness to prevent infection.
The silicone catheter itself is nice and smooth and plenty flexible. I like that it also comes with a syringe to injection lubrication, which helps tremendously. The tip isn't overly flared either which makes insertion easier vs. other products out there.If I had one wish, it be that these were just a bit longer, but overall very pleased with these.
