Wow. I can very comfortably wear an Njoy large and this was quite a challenge. Once in it feels amazing, at least at first. I like walking with it but the base can make it uncomfortable for sitting some times. If they just made it less pointy, both on the tip and the ends of the base, this would be perfect and I might never take it out. But as is I wouldn’t wear it in public because sometimes the base digs in to the perinium and I absolutely have to stop and adjust it.
Lost the ability to hold my mud with this. Works well.
