The truth surprised me because I thought it was going to be uncomfortable but it is quite soft and firm at the same time it inflates quickly and does not take up much space when the material is stored it feels resistant and easy to clean it arrived well packed and does help to be more comfortable without fighting so much also it does not deflate easily even if it is used several times I liked it more than I expected and it did fulfill its function
I'm giving it 5 due to initial quality. But something to note. This would make a great reading chair with a small pillow behind your head.
